Jini Cicero is a firm believer in a holistic approach to fitness. Her program integrates a unique hybrid system of exercise with anti-aging nutrition resulting in transformed lives. She holds a degree in Kinesiology and has been a whole life fitness expert for many years. She has developed a motivational approach that promotes consistency and accountability (many of Jini's clients have been working with her for over ten years). Her Virtual Training Program brings tangible results to clients around the world.
She is certified by NSCA, the most prestigious certification in the fitness industry and is also a certified nutritionist. She is a certified FMS (Functional Movement Screen) practitioner. The FMS screening is a tool she has incorporated into her program that functions as an important part of injury prevention. It assists in program design by systematically using corrective exercise to normalize or improve fundamental movement pattern weaknesses.
Jini's client roster includes many industry professionals who can be found both in front of and behind the camera (names withheld to respect client privacy).
